- I will be a minimum of 15 years old on or before August 31st of 2018 (must be a minimum of 16 years old to serve on the Texas 4-H Council)
- I have completed a senior record book at county level.
- I have participated in one state 4-H event.
- I have attended one senior leadership lab.
- I have been in 4-H at least three years.
- I have a minimum of one year left in high school.
- I am submitting this application by the deadline of June 4, 2018.
